OKX Taiwan Region P2P Trading Delisting

Published on 7 June 20242 min read

Dear OKX user,

We regret to inform you that after careful consideration of market business development needs, we will be suspending the P2P trading function for New Taiwan Dollar (TWD) for users in Taiwan.

Starting from June 24, 2024, users in Taiwan will no longer be able to buy or sell digital currencies using TWD on the OKX peer-to-peer platform.

Please note the following:

  • Starting from June 18, 2024, users will not be able to create new TWD ads or accept new TWD orders. Orders in progress will not be affected. However, please ensure all ongoing TWD orders are closed and all order disputes are resolved as soon as possible.
  • If you are a Maker, please delist your Maker identity before June 24, 2024.
    • If you fail to complete the above actions before June 24, we will automatically delete your orders, delist your Maker identity, and refund your margin.
  • This suspension only applies to TWD. Users in Taiwan can still use other currencies for trading on our peer-to-peer platform and continue to enjoy other OKX services, such as deposits and withdrawals.

Thank you for your support and understanding of OKX. If you have any questions, please contact our support team.
