OKX C2C Merchant Transaction Limit Upgrade Rules

This article applies exclusively to individuals residing within Mainland China.

Non-upgraded Verified Merchants

Here are the C2C trading limits for a verified merchant who is less than 30 days:

Successfully Upgraded Verified Merchants

Here are the criteria for upgrading the transaction limit after becoming a verified merchant:

  • Being a verified merchant for more than 30 days

  • The sell orders have served more than 50 people after becoming a verified merchant

  • The trading period is more than 16 days after becoming a verified merchant (requires engagement in selling or buying on the same day)

  • The account doesn't trigger platform risk control after becoming a verified merchant.

Note: if all of the above criteria are met, the upgrade for the account will occur the following day

Quickly upgrade verified merchant conditions:

When applying to become a Merchant, you may choose to apply through a guarantor account. The system will automatically assess whether the guarantor (an existing Maker) meets the eligibility requirements. The final result is subject to what is shown on the page.

Only current verified merchants returning to OKX, or the merchant team-endorsed account, are eligible for a fast upgrade to the Verified Merchant status. All of the following conditions must be met at the same time:

1) Current verified merchant account or the merchant team-endorsed account must have held Verified Merchant status for more than 1 year.

2) Historical trading performance must include: at least 5,000 completed orders, and at least 2,000 total served users.

3) Current verified merchant or the merchant team-endorsed account must have no history of triggering platform risk control, and no records of order disputes, violations, or other non-compliant behavior.

Note:

1) For details regarding team endorsement or guarantee arrangements, please contact your Merchant Manager.

2) Each guarantor may sponsor a maximum of 5 merchants.
