Once you begin the verification process, it means you fully understand and agree to accept all the terms of this agreement. To enhance transaction security and the credibility of customer identities registered on this platform, OKX (hereinafter referred to as 'this website') provides you with verification services. When you apply for verification, this website has the right to take any measures it deems necessary to identify the customer's identity. However, as an ordinary network service provider, the methods this website can employ are limited, and there are certain difficulties in verifying customer identities on the network. Therefore, this website does not guarantee the accuracy or absolute authenticity of the identities of customers who have completed verification.

1. Name, phone number, WeChat (or Telegram), nickname, emergency contact name, emergency contact phone number, relationship with emergency contact.

2. Asset Margin (P2P Merchant Program are required to pay a certain amount of margin, and the specific amount will be shown in the customer's asset management.)

1) A unique badge will be provided to verified P2P Merchant Program to distinguish them from unverified Makers;

2) Transfer the margin to the margin account belonging to the verified merchant. The verified merchant cannot conduct a transaction or transfer the funds in this account.

If a P2P Merchant Program needs to revoke their verification, they must submit an application on this website. If there are no unresolved disputes or records of behavior affecting transaction security in the certified merchant's account, the website will review and approve the application within 7 calendar days, and transfer the funds from the margin account to the merchant's operational account. If the merchant still has unresolved disputes, the margin will remain frozen until all disputes are resolved.
