SpaceX moved its IPO date up — pricing now targeted for June 12 instead of late June. The roadshow that started June 8 is reportedly oversubscribed. Filing range is $1.75T valuation; if priced at top, it's the largest IPO in history. BTC at $62,759 today. SpaceX holds 8,285 BTC — at this price ~$520M. Post-listing, BTC-per-share visibility becomes part of every analyst model. Also: a successful $1.75T print at this level of macro tension would say something powerful about the appetite for high-conviction primary issuance.
