How do I find the supported cryptocurrencies and networks?
Before making deposits or withdrawals, you can check the supported cryptocurrencies and networks on the platform in two ways to avoid issues with transactions not being completed.
Web version
Method 1: Query on the page.
1. Deposit
Open the official website. Click on Asset in the upper right corner. Select Deposit and then choose your cryptocurrency and network.
You can see all the networks that support this cryptocurrency by selecting from the dropdown menu.
Some cryptocurrencies, like SOL, only support deposits on a single network. After selecting the cryptocurrency, a pop-up will appear on the page to provide a notification.
2. Withdraw
Open the official website. Click on Asset in the upper right corner, then select Withdraw and choose your cryptocurrency and network.
You can see all the supported networks for this cryptocurrency by selecting from the dropdown options.
Method 2: Check OKX Status
Open the official website, click on More and then select Status.
Scroll down to the Status of deposits and withdrawals section. Enter the cryptocurrency you want to search for; for example, USDT. Click the deposit and withdrawal Operational status to view the supported networks and their status.
Please note: When you deposit or withdraw cryptocurrency, both platforms must select the same cryptocurrency and network. The contract information for the cryptocurrency must be consistent to avoid any loss of your assets.
