Brazil Addendum to the Smart Account Terms

Additional terms for customers of OKX Serviços Digitais Ltda. ("OKX Brazil")

1. OKX Pay is a decentralized/self-custodial technology service provided by OKX Technology Inc., an entity incorporated in Delaware, United States. OKX Brazil provides only the interface for accessing these third-party services. OKX Brazil does not hold, manage, or have access to user funds within the OKX Pay environment. Therefore, these services are not subject to Brazilian jurisdiction or regulation and users are fully responsible for fulfilling their tax obligations and any other applicable legal obligations to Brazilian authorities and entities.

2. For Card Services available to users in Brazil, Monavate Ltd. is the authorised issuer of the prepaid payment Instrument under Mastercard's Card Scheme rules.
