If you receive event links, emails, or messages claiming to be OKX official events, you can verify their authenticity using the methods below.

How do I check if an event is an official OKX event?

You can view relevant event information on the OKX product page and in official announcements.

On the App

Open the OKX App > check the announcement bar on the Home page > select View More to enter the Announcement Center, then scroll to view the latest official events.

On the Web

Log in to the official OKX website > select View More in the top-right corner > enter the Announcement Center to view the latest official events.

What should I do if I can’t find the event?

If you don’t see the event listed in the Announcement Center, you can contact official customer service for confirmation.

On the App

Open the OKX App Home > Profile > Get Help > Contact Customer Service

How do I avoid fake event scams?

Don’t click on unfamiliar or suspicious links, especially those shared through private messages or unofficial channels.

On the App

Open the OKX App Home > Profile > Get Help > Official Channel Verification

Note: OKX will not ask you to transfer assets, share verification codes, or perform transactions through private messages. If an event can’t be verified through official announcements or customer service, treat it as suspicious.
